We believe the path should be easy and have created guides to jumpstart your yoga practice! The guides are based on paths and offer a schedule of live in-studio and TeleFLOW® online classes at SEY. You can follow the schedule or mix it up to suit your personal needs. The three paths are:

Flexibility and Mobility

Take care of your joints and increase flexibility with this class schedule. They are also perfect for anyone wanting to reduce stiffness, support the body as it heals from injury and keep joints healthy.

Strength and Stamina

This schedule of classes will help you build strength, stamina and feel the heat in your yoga practice!
