March is a month of transition. The days begin to stretch. The energy shifts. What you choose now matters.

The March Reset Intensive is a guided reset for anyone who wants support staying consistent, starting again, or going deeper in their practice as we move into spring. This is a community container for yoga, breathwork, meditation, and momentum.

If you’re ready to practice with more structure and clarity this month, this is for you.

What’s Included

Live Masterclasses

Masterclasses will be held live in-studio and online on Mondays at 5 pm: March 9, 16, 23, and 30. Each session is 50 minutes and will be recorded. If you cannot attend live, you will receive lifetime access to the replay. 

Non-Members Receive

Unlimited yoga classes for the month of March (in-studio and online). Your registration gives you full access to all regularly scheduled classes during March in addition to the masterclasses and guided progression. 

SEY Members Receive

Continue using your current membership for regular classes. Your March Reset Intensive registration includes the masterclasses, lifetime recordings, and the guided month experience.

The Four-Week Progression

Week 1: Get Grounded

We begin by building your foundation. Expect standing asana sequences that are energetic and strengthening, with thoughtful options so you can meet yourself where you are.

Week 2: Stay Focused

We’ll explore balancing asanas and accessible inversions with clear guidance and options for every level. These postures are designed to strengthen concentration, build confidence, and steady the mind.

Week 3: Be Open

We’ll move through backbends, shoulder openers, and hip openers to create space where tension has been held. Expect intentional sequencing, steady breath, and options that support openness without forcing.

Week 4: Be Still

We’ll practice grounding asanas that prepare the body for meditation, then close with pranayama and guided meditation. This week is about calming the nervous system and integrating what you’ve built all month.

What You’ll Walk Away With

By the end of March, you will have rebuilt momentum, strengthened your foundation, and established a consistent rhythm you can carry forward. You’ll also have the recordings to return to whenever you need a reset.
