Terms and Cancellation Policy

1. Retreat Details and Investment

Event: Return to Self: Journey to Tulum
Dates: December 6–11, 2027
Location: Tulum, Mexico
Shared Accommodation: $3,411.00 total
Private Accommodation: $4,111.00 total

2. Deposits and Payment Plans

Initial Deposit: $411.00 (Shared Room) or $511.00 (Private Room)

This payment reserves your selected accommodation spot and is applied toward your final retreat balance.

After your deposit is received, you may choose to pay your remaining balance in full at any time or enroll in a monthly payment plan. Payment plan installments and due dates will be confirmed in your retreat agreement.

All remaining balances must be paid in full by September 1, 2027.

2B. Payment Plans

Payment plans are available for both shared and private room accommodations. After your initial deposit is received, you may enroll in a payment plan for your remaining balance.

Payment plans are structured as monthly installments. The number of payments and monthly amounts will be based on the time remaining before the final balance due date and will be confirmed in your retreat agreement.

All payment plan installments are due on the dates outlined in your retreat agreement. Missed or late payments may result in forfeiture of your space and all payments made to date.

All payment plan installments are non-refundable once processed, consistent with the cancellation policy in Section 3.

3. No-Refund Policy

By authorizing this charge, the cardholder agrees that this deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. The deposit is non-refundable for any reason on the participant's part, including illness, travel disruptions, or personal emergencies.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment.

4. Transaction Acknowledgment

By completing your transaction, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these cancellation terms. If a claim is filed for a charge that complies with these terms, this agreement will be submitted to the payment processor as documentation of the terms accepted at the time of purchase.

5. SEY Cancellation Exception

The only exception to this policy is if Spiritual Essence Yoga and Wellness explicitly cancels the retreat or the retreat does not move forward. Refunds will only be issued in the event that SEY cancels the retreat.
