January 2026 Mandala Reset Challenge
21 days to reconnect with your body, breath, and rhythm
January is full of opportunities to release overwhelm, stress, and misalignment. The January 2026 Mandala Reset Challenge gives you a clear way to do that with support. For 21 days, you’ll focus on small, intentional actions that help you come back to yourself and set the tone for the rest of the year.
This challenge weaves together four areas of well-being, how you move, how you rest, how you nourish your body, and how you stay connected. You’ll use a Mandala Reset board as your guide, filling in one circle each time you complete an action in Practice, Restore, Nourish, or Connect. It becomes a simple visual reminder of the care you are giving yourself.
By the end of the challenge, you’ll have more consistency in your practice, more awareness around your energy and habits, and a stronger sense of connection to yourself and the SEY community. The intention is to start the year feeling grounded, supported, and in alignment with how you truly want to live.
Mandala Reset Challenge Details
The Mandala Reset Challenge is a 21-day commitment to caring for yourself in four key areas, how you move, how you rest, how you nourish your body, and how you stay connected. There will be a challenge board to help you keep track of your progress. You can stop by the front desk to pick up your board. The board is divided into four sections:
Practice. This section is focused on movement. Each Practice circle represents one yoga class with SEY, either in studio or online. As you move through the challenge, you will fill these circles after each class.
Restore. Restore is centered on rest and stillness. A Restore circle represents a restorative class such as Yin, time in meditation, or a quiet period where you intentionally sit in stillness and step away from distractions.
Nourish. Nourish highlights activities that support your basic needs. A Nourish circle can be filled in when you meet your daily water goal, get the amount of sleep your body needs, or make a supportive food choice that leaves you feeling more clear and energized.
Connect. Connect is about community. A Connect circle represents spending time with the SEY community, such as having tea and a chat after class, checking in with another student, or engaging in a meaningful conversation with your instructor.
Across the mandala there are 21 circles in total:
8 Practice Circles
5 Restore Circles
5 Nourish Circles
3 Connect Circles
Each circle represents one action you complete during the challenge. From January 6 through January 26, the intention is to complete all 21 actions and fill in every circle on your Mandala Reset board. You can mark or color a circle each time you complete an action.
Challenge Prizes
Everyone who completes all 21 circles on their Mandala Reset board and turns it in by the deadline will be entered into the prize drawing.
Grand Prize: $100 SEY account credit that can be applied toward memberships, workshops, or wellness sessions.
Runner Up Prize: One 30-minute wellness session at SEY.
Second Runner Up Prize: SEY Soul Shop gift bundle.
Winners will be selected after the challenge ends and notified by email.
How to Join the Challenge
There are two ways to join the January 2026 Mandala Reset Challenge. Select the option below that matches your current status with SEY.
Current SEY Members
This option is for active Moksha and Shanti members who want extra structure and support to begin the year with intention. If you are already practicing with us, the January 2026 Mandala Reset is a way to deepen your commitment to your practice.

New and Returning Students
This option is for students who are not currently on a Moksha or Shanti membership at SEY and want a short-term, structured way to practice with us and move through the month with intention and support from the SEY community.

The Mandala Reset Pass activates on Tuesday, January 6 and all 8 classes must be used by the end of the challenge period on Monday, January 26. Any unused classes will expire at that time.
The purchase link will default to in-studio classes. If you would like to use some of your pass for TeleFLOW, complete your purchase through Mindbody, then reply to your receipt notification with the number of classes you want set for TeleFLOW. We will make the adjustment so you can use your pass with ease.
