Outreach Team Member Overview
We are seeking a high-energy, people-loving professional who thrives in both client service and outreach. You will be the first point of connection for many potential students and a steady support system for those continuing their journey at SEY. This role blends daily client care with intentional outreach and enrollment support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships while meeting measurable goals.
Availability during non-class studio hours is essential. This includes the ability to make phone calls between 1–5 PM, with all outreach ending by 5 PM. You must also be available for in-studio visits to connect with students, gather direct feedback, and offer support in choosing how they’d like to continue practicing with us.
This position includes a mix of in-studio and remote work, with responsibilities both onsite and from home.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day admin tasks as part of the Yogi Support Team when needed
Lead client outreach: phone, text, and email follow-ups to convert new clients into members
Meet weekly conversion goals
Track all class and purchase activity for upsell opportunities
Manage member journey
Conduct in-studio member engagement after class
Maintain CRM-style tracking of conversations and follow-ups
Work independently and communicate exceptions or trends to leadership
Provide a solution-focused, fair experience for clients
Maintain a clean, welcoming studio space when assisting with front desk support
Yogi Support/Front Desk Team Member Overview
We are seeking a grounded, reliable, and welcoming professional to join our Yogi Support Team. As the first and last face clients see at SEY, your presence sets the tone for healing, connection, and community. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being of service, is highly organized, and holds space with care.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and check in clients with warmth
Support new students by providing studio orientation and class tips
Ensure all students are signed into class accurately
Assist instructors in creating a welcoming and safe environment
Maintain a clean, calm, and well-organized front desk and lounge area
Process purchases and client questions using Mindbody
Support outreach and engagement initiatives during slow periods
Provide studio closing and opening support
Ensure instructor and client needs are met during active class times
Outreach Team Member Required Skills
Confident communicator with strong people skills
Self-starter who thrives with measurable goals
Organized and tech-savvy (Mindbody, email, Google Drive, CRM tracking)
Experience in sales, wellness, or studio/fitness settings a plus
Growth mindset and team-focused attitude
Open to feedback, learning, and continuous improvement
An interest in yoga and wellness
Yogi Support/Front Desk Team Member Required Skills
Calm, welcoming presence with strong communication skills
Punctual, reliable, and able to manage responsibilities independently

Hourly pay of $16 - 17/ hour
Yogi Outreach position is eligible for a monthly performance-based bonus

The Yogi Outreach Team position offers flexible hours, averaging 10–15 hours per week, including afternoon shifts and scheduled onsite outreach during peak client conversion times.
