Outreach Team Member Overview
We are seeking a high-energy, people-focused professional who thrives in client service and outreach. In this role, you will serve as both the first point of connection for new students and a steady source of support for those continuing their journey at SEY. This position blends daily client care with intentional outreach and enrollment support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships while working toward measurable goals.
All team members in this role will be fully trained in Yogi Support/Front Desk responsibilities. This includes supporting daily studio operations, assisting clients in person, and ensuring a welcoming, organized environment. Alongside front desk duties, you’ll also engage in outreach efforts to connect with prospective students, gather feedback, and guide clients in choosing the next step in their practice.
Responsibilities include making phone calls onsite, being present in-studio to connect with students, and providing support through both remote and onsite tasks. Flexibility is important, as this role includes a mix of in-studio and remote work.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day admin tasks as part of the Yogi Support Team when needed
Lead client outreach: phone, text, and email follow-ups to convert new clients into members
Meet weekly conversion goals
Track all class and purchase activity for upsell opportunities
Manage member journey
Conduct in-studio member engagement after class
Maintain CRM-style tracking of conversations and follow-ups
Work independently and communicate exceptions or trends to leadership
Provide a solution-focused, fair experience for clients
Maintain a clean, welcoming studio space when assisting with front desk support
Outreach Team Member Required Skills
Confident communicator with strong people skills
Self-starter who thrives with measurable goals
Organized and tech-savvy (Mindbody, email, Google Drive, CRM tracking)
Experience in sales, wellness, or studio/fitness settings a plus
Growth mindset and team-focused attitude
Open to feedback, learning, and continuous improvement
An interest in yoga and wellness

Hourly pay of $16 - 17/ hour
Yogi Outreach position is eligible for a monthly performance-based bonus

Hours
The Yogi Outreach Team role offers flexible hours, with a minimum commitment of 10 hours per week. Responsibilities include making client calls between 4:00–6:00 pm, with occasional weekend availability as needed. Team members will also participate in scheduled onsite outreach during peak client conversion times. While certain tasks may be completed remotely, onsite presence is required to support client engagement and community connections.
