Outreach Team Member Overview
We are seeking a warm, organized, and confident professional to support our outreach and sales process for new and current students. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, guiding conversations, and helping people take the next right step in their journey with us.
You will often be one of the first points of contact for potential students and a steady support person for those continuing their practice. We are looking for someone who can balance genuine care with strong follow-through, comfort with sales conversations, and the ability to stay organized inside a clear process.
This role includes outreach, follow-up, booking, tracking, and conversion support. You should be comfortable speaking with people by phone, text, and email, asking clear questions, making thoughtful recommendations, and helping move people from interest to action.
Availability during afternoon outreach hours is essential, especially between 1 and 5 PM. This role includes a mix of remote work and some in-studio support. Much of the follow-up, tracking, and list management can be done remotely, and there will also be times when in-studio connection is needed to support high-interest students, gather feedback, and help guide the next step in their journey with us.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage outreach to leads, intro pass holders, and current students through phone, text, and email.
Help new students get booked into their first class and support the next step after class.
Follow up with current students and members to encourage consistency, re-engagement, and conversion when appropriate.
Track conversations, follow-up dates, outcomes, and next steps carefully.
Maintain clean and accurate records in spreadsheets, Google Drive, and studio systems.
Review client activity and purchase history to determine the correct follow-up path.
Identify opportunities for memberships, class passes, trainings, and other next-step support.
Share trends, concerns, and helpful feedback with leadership.
Provide a fair, thoughtful, and solution-focused client experience.
Support light in-studio engagement when scheduled or needed.

Compensation + Perks
Hourly pay of $18 - 20/ hour
This position is eligible for performance-based commission tied to results.
