Strength + Ease: 31-Day Challenge · October 2025

Find balance in power and restoration this October.

We are excited to announce the Strength + Ease 31-Day Challenge! Throughout October, our community will come together to embrace balance by combining strength with restoration. This challenge is designed to help you stay consistent, deepen your practice, and nurture daily habits that support both body and mind. By the end of the month, you will have practiced showing up for yourself in powerful and gentle ways, while also caring for your overall well-being.

Strength + Ease: 31-Day Challenge

Preparation

The prep period runs now through October 1. Use this time to set your intentions, choose an inspirational book or audiobook, and prepare yourself for the month ahead. We encourage you to:

  • Set aside at least two days each week for classes (in-studio or online).

  • Identify the book or audiobook you will read or listen to throughout the challenge.

  • Get your favorite water bottle ready to stay consistent with hydration.

The Challenge

Each day you will be tasked with:

  • Taking classes that balance strength and intensity with ease and restoration. By the end of the month, aim to complete 12 strength classes and 12 ease classes.

  • Drinking half your body weight in ounces of water.

  • Reading 10 pages of an uplifting book or listening to 10 minutes of an audiobook.

We will track progress together on a community challenge board in the studio. Each participant will add their name and check off Strength, Ease, Water, and Reading each day with colored markers.

Completion Requirement

The goal of the challenge is to complete 12 strength classes, 12 ease classes, and 24 days of both the water and reading practices.

You will be eligible for a prize if you complete at least 10 strength classes, 10 ease classes, and 20 days of both the water and reading practices. Everyone who reaches this milestone will be entered into our prize drawing.

Prizes

  • Grand Prize ($333 value): A private 75-minute Yoga & Sound Bath class with Dana for you and your group. The class must be redeemed by January 31, 2026.

  • Runner-Up Prize 1 ($140 value): A 5-Class Pass to use in-studio or online. The pass must be activated by December 31, 2025 and the standard class pass expiration will apply once activated.

  • Runner-Up Prize 2 ($50 value): A Soul Shop Gift Card. The card must be used by December 31, 2025.

Strength Classes

  • Active Flow Yoga Classes. Get your heart pumping with an active flow practice. Classes are mixed level and beginners are welcome. View Classes
