Level 3 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training
Step into a deeper season of practice and teaching with our 300-hour Jiivana (L.I.F.E.) Yoga® Teacher Training program. Training meets you where you are and helps you refine your voice, your sequencing, and your impact. We go beyond asana into philosophy, energetics, and L.I.F.E. coaching tools you can use in your classes and in your life. You will spend more time with Dana and our senior trainers than at the 200-hour level, with mentoring, apprenticeship, and a community that keeps you accountable and inspired. This is a grounded, accessible path to lead with clarity and build a sustainable, values-aligned offering.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is this the right next step if I finished my 200-hour a while ago?
Yes! We will meet you where you are and help you rebuild consistency if needed.
Do I need to be teaching now?
No. Many enroll to deepen practice and leadership. You will sharpen your teaching skills and can decide how you want to share them.
Is this offered in-studio or online?
Both. We offer in-studio and hybrid options, and all sessions are recorded.
Can I balance this with work and family?
Yes. Training meets monthly with one evening and two weekend days. Coaching circles are online and if your schedule shifts, use the recordings. If you feel out of balance, we will help you create a plan you can manage and enjoy.
How much time is needed outside training weekends?
Plan for 1 to 2 hours each week for reading and home practice. In addition, planning to attend one SEY class (60–75 minutes in-studio or online) will help keep you on track with certification requirements. Apprentice hours are scheduled across the program with your mentor.
What happens if I miss a session?
All sessions are recorded. Review the recording and connect with your mentor for guidance. We discuss expectations and options in the first session.
What business support is included?
You will clarify your offers, pricing, and outreach plan, and learn practical tools for boundaries and ethical marketing.
How big is the cohort?
Limited size for personal attention and a supportive learning environment.
Are payment plans available?
Yes. See Investment and Payment Options for deposit and installment details.
