What is Thai Yoga Massage?

Thai yoga massage is based on a yoga tradition that vital energy (prana) flows through a series of channels in the human energy body. It is believed that stress and disease are caused by blockages in that energy flow and the aim of Thai Yoga Massage is to release those blockages, restoring equilibrium and harmony, promoting a return to good health.

Check out what some of our clients have to say about Thai Yoga Massage:
Thai Yoga Massage works on the muscles, ligaments, nerves, joints, as well as the internal organs. It also includes nervous system peripheral stimulation therapy as found in Chinese acupuncture, Shiatsu, and hand and foot reflexology, all of which deal with balancing the flow of energy within the body. This sort of emphasis in bodywork serves the purpose of releasing the nervous system so that body can relax into a position of healing itself.
