Our mission at Spiritual Essence Yoga & Wellness is to help clients commit to living a healthier and happier existence by creating balance in their lives.  It is our belief that good health begins in the mind and that we can all live a full life.

We strive to empower clients to take control of their health and wellbeing.  Our yoga classes and bodywork services provide a way to reconnect mentally, physically and spiritually and our Life Coaching sessions help clients stay connected to what drives them.

It is our dream to expand our studio in 2013 so that we can serve the residents of Prince George’s County and beyond on a larger scale.  We believe in the power of intention and are currently attracting the resources to purchase a 5 acre farm in Upper Marlboro.  In addition to offering classes and wellness services we also look forward to maintaining an organic garden!
